Windsor Valiants travel teams made their way up the 401 this past weekend to compete in the annual London Rambler Tournament. After a slow start in their tournament opener vs the host Ramlers the U11 (Atom) team was able to bounce back with some strong performances with wins over Brantford CYO and Valhalla on Saturday afternoon to advance to the SemiFinals on Saturday morning. Once again the Valiants Atom team was able to prevail vs a game Tecumseh Saints squad winning 38-30 to advance to the Championship game and a rematch vs the hosts London Ramblers. In a strong defensive effort they held the Ramblers to just 11 point on route to a 28-11 victory to claim the Gold Medal and win the tournament.
